Closeness to Nagoya Station, very clean and spacious rooms for Japanese standards
The lack of English by all staff. I had many discussions, re location of a bank, etc with several staff, only to be more frustrated as they had to ask several other staff, who often could not help. I had more help in the Convenience store next door. On the day we left, I told staff I was going out shopping but leaving my 92 yr old mother in the foyer with our bags and when my 30 yr old son came in looking for us, he lives in Nagoya so speaks fluent Japanese, he was told we had left.. This is all in a 30 minute time frame. he then spent the next 30 mins wandering the streets looking for us, when my mother had not left the building....she is almost blind so had not seen him through the plants... When I came back and he finally came back, we were not impressed by the staff's lack of compassion.

Had good experience, overall well-designed and fancy place.
Everything was good, magnificent location short walk to central train station, the convenient store and other stores and convenient stores such as 7-11, friendly staff. The room was functional and equipped with a sofa bed and bathtub, as for instance. The breakfast was nice with a wide range of meals to choose from. We appreciated this staying.

This hotel is a gem! Its location is unbeatable, just a short walk from the train station. The staff are friendly and attentive, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I especially loved the small beautiful table inside the room, perfect for enjoying a cup of tea. And the best part? The prices here are incredibly reasonable, offering great value for money.
All was perfect, couldn't ask for more.

Excellent location. Very convenient to jr station and easy access to tourist attractions. I like the room as the hotel staff has updated me to deluxe double room; whereas I booked for a single room. Value for money. I definitely will book this hotel again if I visit Nagoya in the future.
Exterior of the building doesn't look new to me. That is the only thing I can pick on.

The location of Sunroute is very convenient to go shopping or taking public transportation to go Nagoya train station. The room is clean and homey, especially rest room is tiny but cozy, water yield and water temperture are very fitting
Tarffic instruction should be more specific.

clean and close to station. No frills but comfortable and good value.
Unlike a lot of other Japanese hotels, it does not have warm up toilet seats.

It was only 5min walk from Nagoya station. It was very clean and functional. The front desk staff spoke English.
While the single room size is typical in Japan and all you need really, those booking from abroad should know it's very small by western standards,

The hotel was conveniently located near the train station, making it easy for us to explore the city. The room may have been small, but it had everything we needed and was well-equipped. The free WLAN was a bonus, and we appreciated the option to rent a laptop if needed. our stay was comfortable and satisfactory.
